It has been years since the term “2.0″ has been coined and yet companies still struggle with social media. “It’s hard. It takes a lot of time. I’m not sure what we’ll do with it. It doesn’t seem worth the investment.” Those are some really lame (and defeatist) sentiments. Even for those who have started using social media, they still face challenges. But social media isn’t that hard if you know what you’re trying to accomplish.
