Researchers at the Nielsen Norman Group looked at 20 different Web sites on six different types of handsets. The results? The mobile Web is so bad that it was compared to the Web sites of the early '90s. But is the mobile Web really to blame here for the usability issues? Or are we beyond what traditional cell phones and their built-in browsers can handle?
